Clean Proxy IP: Always log in using a clean, dedicated proxy IP matching the account's designated region.

Cookie Login: Always log in using Cookies.

Note: Account suspensions or lockouts caused by failing to use a fingerprint browser, using dirty/shared IPs, or improper login methods are not covered by after-sales support.
2. Warranty & After-Sales Period

Individual / Small Orders: Standard warranty is 60 minutes from delivery. Please inspect and log into your accounts promptly.

3. Support Process
Please inspect all accounts within your applicable warranty timeframe. If you encounter any issues, send details to customer service immediately. Issues reported after the warranty period expires will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
